Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used electronic toys.
• Board games with missing pieces or damaged packaging.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If the product is received damaged or defective, report within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos or videos as proof for verification.
• Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund.

4. Return Process

• Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared.
• The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

6. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping is free only for defective or incorrect items.
• For other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, the return policy will apply instead.

• Keep the original packaging until the return window closes.
• Ensure supervision when children use electronic toys to avoid damage not covered under this policy.
